Dr Ian Bailey is a lecturer in Geology at Camborne School of Mines at the University of Exeter Penryn Campus. He focuses on understanding the trends and drivers of climate change through the Cenozoic by use of radiogenic and stable isotopes. In particular his work emphasises Plio-Pleistocene northern hemisphere glaciation and reconstructions of the Greenland ice sheet during the warm Pliocene-Quaternary.
